I got my periods on 2 of this month but the the flow was very less and only lasted for 2 days as normally I used to get for 4-5 days. On 12 again I got periods and right now the flow is normal today is my 3 day and the flow is normal, I want to know the reason behind it as what could be the reason I got periods twice this month.
