Why is my heart pulse rate between 56-60 in the morning. In the afternoon its always between 70-90. I get worried sometimes because I have been battling with chest pains and chest pressure cum shortness of breath in the past one year and nothing was diagnosed. All ecgs, echo,x-rays, blood tests are fine and normal. My bp has consistently been 100/70 and 115/70. Kindly advice.

Asthma is a common breathing disorder characterized by inflammation in the airways, which can cause chest pain. Other symptoms include shortness of breath, coughing, and wheezing. When air builds up in the space between the lungs and ribs, a lung can collapse, causing sudden chest pain when breathing. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.
