Why is my heart pulse rate between 56-60 in the morning. In the afternoon its always between 70-90. I get worried sometimes because I have been battling with chest pains and chest pressure cum shortness of breath in the past one year and nothing was diagnosed. All ecgs, echo,x-rays, blood tests are fine and normal. My bp has consistently been 100/70 and 115/70. Kindly advice.
