Dear sir/madam, I want to get some help from you, two months earlier I went through some physical conditions (i-e: increased heartbeat, shivering and sweating in hands and feet, hypertension) which then diagnosed as a panic attack, after that attack I am repeatedly getting those attacks almost on daily basis, my head/mind is totally distracted and feeling pain on left side of my chest, every time with this situation I feel/think heart related issue (which three different cardiologists ruled out earlier), I visited a psychiatrist he gave me medicines which reacted negatively and worsened my situation. I am in a deep fear of having heart related issue and will die with this, please advice how should I overcome the problem/anxiety. Regards, awais ahmed email cell:(+92) 333 7062637.
