I have been using thyrorich 50 mcg for hypothyroidism since three years. I was diagnosed with diabetes four months ago i'm using reclimet 60+500 mg. I am suffering from shortness of breath while walking briskly and climbing steps since four months. I'm getting slight wet cough .my ecg shows sinus tachycardia, flattened t waves v4, v5,v6. My t3 is 1.16,t4 is 8.6,tsh is 4.04. Fasting glucose is 100 and post lunch is 116. My b 12 is 116. What could be the reason for my sinus tachycardia. I'm unable to sleep flat. I keep pillows under my head.

You need a thorough cardiac evaluation because unability to lye down flat is known as Orthopnoea which is an early sign of heart failure.Another important symptom is difficulty in breathing on exertion.Sinus tachycardia may a reflection of that.
