I am using clomipramine 75 mg twice a day, fluvoxamine 100 mg twice a day, bupropion 300 mg morning and amisulpride 50 mg night for ocd and anxiety along with seasonal depression. Most of my problems are in control except my episodic memory is not improving. My regular psychiatrist says that memory issue is due to residual anxiety. While I consulted another psychiatrist than he told me that poor episodic memory is a side effect of clomipramine and has suggested to reduce clomipramine dose. Now I am confused that should I lower the clomipramine doses or continue it as per my first psychiatrist.

Actually they both might be right and there is no way to find the reason for your memory issues apart from trying to reduce the medication. Clomipramine is a wonderful medication for OCD. On reducing the medicine if your memory issues improve it can be attributed to it, if it worsens it can be attributed to underlying anxiety. So you can try doing that. Good luck

Just check by reducing the dose slightly as it can be due to anxiety or due to some anticholinergic side effects of clomipramine. But mind that clomipramine is a wonder drug for ocd and if ocd worsens, just continue the same dose as life with ocd is more difficult than life with poor episodic memory.
