My child 4 years old. She has fever (101.5 degree) cold and coughbefore 2 days. Doctor said its viral fever and prescribed paracetamol 250, hhlinctus junior syrup. I stopped giving paracetamol. Now her body temperature is 95 degree. But her front head is heat like fever. She is telling that throat and head paining. She has moderate level of cold. Pls tel why throat and headache for her. And suggest medicine. Is hhlinctus enough for cold or can I give solvincold syrup with that. Her weight 18 kg.
