Hello Doctor, my father is having severe pain in right upper quadrant of the abdomen. Ultrasound report says hepatomegaly with fatty changes & enlarged prostate. Can enlarged fatty liver cause severe pain that is intolerable? Please explain probable reasons for the pain. Thank you in advance.
