Is an elevated wbc count related to herpes, after sex with a girl I got a rash one morning on my foreskin after masturbating with a lot of vaseline. It was in the middle of the year with 2 blisters that popped and scabbed over. Went to the doctor and got tested for hiv, syph, hepatitis (negative for all 3). The doctor said that it wasn't herpes or anything serious because I didn't have an elevated wbc count. A month or 2 later I got another rash on the side of me penis without bumps, just shiny red rash with discharge. I went to another doctor and he said it was fungal and prescribed me medicine that cleared everything up. Beginning of this month I had sex with my girlfriend and got another rash in the same spot as the first with very small bumps (that wouldn't pop) turned into one small bump then tiny scabs. It's been 2 weeks and my girlfriend hasn't had any symptoms.

A rash can show up as red, itchy patches on the tip of your penis or on the shaft. It might appear as smooth, pink splotches, tiny bumps, or puffy welts. Rashes may be harmless or serious. They can come and go quickly, or linger. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.
