Hi doctor, I get a lot of pain in urethra and sometimes it spreads to my testicles. I have a history of genital warts and have tested positive for hsv1 igg and igm negative. I have visited a urologist he says it's nerve pain as I am diabetic. I have tested for other stds live hiv, chlymadia, syphilis, and hsv2 igg and igm all is negative. I also feel wet in the head of the penis after finishing my urination. Can you tell me the reason why I feel wet after urination. I take nervijen p for nerve pain. What is the reason for the problem? Will I ever be able to get married and have kids or my sex life is over. Can you refer or suggest a good sex clinic. And warts be a life long problem. Please help I am really depressed.
