I am a diabetic patient of 67 years old. I am suffering from ed from last 10 years. Also I have lv diastolic dysfunction. My bp is 120/80. My hba1c is 8.2. Fbs 130 pp 257, there is acidity and sleeplessness. My doctor prescribed me gemer ds4 before breakfast, oxramet xr 10/1000, before lunch, cyra d before breakfast, lonazep1, at bed time, rozustat asp after dinner, telista mt 50 after breakfast and tazzle5 after dinner daily. Now I like to ask that is tazzle5 can be taken daily?

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given and have following observations: 1) your hba1c% is too high. Ideally in a well controlled diabetic patient fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8%. 2) you are already taking 8 mg of glimiperide, which too high. Usually the recommended dose is not exceed 4 mg per day. 3) still the control is not good. There is a need to upgrade the treatment. 4) tadanafil is meant to be taken as and when one wants to have a contact. So not recommended every day. If you have any questions please do come back.
