I have difficulty in sleeping, and even after sleeping 7-9 hours, I feel tired on waking up and don't feel refreshed. Doctor prescribed me clonafit 0.25 mg, I don't use it anymore cause I don't feel any change. Please suggest me some solutions. Thank you.

It depends on what you have tried & also on habits if any. These things need to be avoided: stress, watching screens late night{mobile, tv,computer etc}, noise, coffee, spicy food, daytime naps, going late to bed & so on. Some suggestions: before going to bed have a warm bath, apply hair oil to head, having curd rice as night meals also helps. Furthermore soothing classical music can be tried. If all these measures do not do the trick refer to a sleep clinic.
