I have 1-2 bowel movements every week and now I haven't had one for 6 days. This started a year ago. I've tried everything, I included allot of fiber in my diet and allot of water and I used laxatives for relief but nothing worked. Do you know what might be wrong with me?

Do this 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increas the fibre in your diet. 3. Increas your fluid intake. 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details.
