As I'm building up my muscles so is it good to have the I take of protein supplement? As I'm confused with the sayings of different people's that it may lead you to some side effects!

Protein intake should be according to the physical activity as excess is not good, I would advise you to take natural good quality protein sources in your every meal so to meet up the protein requirements and to prevent the intake in excess.
