Doctor. I feel like I am depressed. Currently I am an neet aspirant and find difficulty in concentrating. Confused and also oversleep. There is always a feeling of dizziness and confusion. unable to concentrate and also I overthink on every little thing. What should I do. .please help. Should I change some of my lifestyle. Ia really do not have a routine. And also unable to study.

Yes dear lybrate-user pls check your lifestyle, your diet, your routine, your social life and your emotional life. All these combined lives contribute to our problems, thought distortions, behavioural issues, laziness etc. You are young have your full life ahead hence it is highly recommended that you do the following: - follow a routine wakeup time sleep exercise and meals - avoid junk food - make your priority list of tasks and activities for each day and try to follow it - know what is important for you e.g studies, friends, career then focus only on that (also weight reduction). You will see gradually your health is better, you have lesser stress and you are able to manage and handle all you can take up counseling for sometime to resolve your overthinking etc. It will truly help you while you organise your routine etc. Keep the faith and believe in yourself you can do it.
