Hi. Sir! I am taking clozapine 600 mg and amisulpride 10 mg. Before I taking this, I am dosed with clozapine600 mg only. But now it gets reverse effects. And amisulpride starts with after 1 month. But I have doubt that amisulpride surprise s our mental thoughts and productivity. Is it right thing? Without amisulpride I felt good and if amisulpride adds it effects worst?

Dear lybrate-user, with clozapine 600 mg alone, if you were good, your psychiatrist would not have added amisulpride. Please talk to your psychiatrist and the family member who accompanies you, about how good you were with clozapine 600 mg. By the way, amisulpride must be 100 mg - not 10 mg as you have mentioned.
