Hello sir my son is 4.7 years old and he is suffering from cold and sneeze for 2 to 3 months. As my doctor prescribed I am giving him levocetirizine and montelukast for one month. But when I stopped giving again cold and sneeze is there. So I have already given that medicine for 2 months. So can I continue that? Or will I give him septilin syrup? If yes then what should be dose?

Sounds like your son is suffering from allergic rhinitis. You can get allergy test by skin prick method done and identify what he is allergic to. Medicines and immunotherapy both are available to treat allergic rhinitis.
