You need to do some physiotherapy treatment. Ultrasound treatment will be more effective in this kind of cases and do some hot water fermentation and apply ice pack.

rest avoid repetitive gripping or prolonged use of vibrating hand held machine until it recover ,a splint affected finger in night to keep affected finger in extended position , stretching exercises
