Doctor sir, I have taken mri l4l5 bulging is observed. My doctor told it is sciatica. He suggested gabapentin. I used for 1 year almost. But no relief still get pain at hip region. On rest no pain if I walk I am getting pain pelvic area not able to walk properly. So please sugest any latest therapy either injury or stem cell or regenex therapy. I am from hyderabad.
