I have high crackling sounds coming from my all 3 major joints of the right leg i.e, ankle joint, knee joint and thigh joint. It is from last 2 years but I am ignoring it as I think it would go away naturally. There is no pain but every time I walk or move my leg there are embarrassing sounds coming from joints? Please help what are home remedies or medicines available without prescription?
