My daughter is 7 years old and has mesenteric lymph nodes with maximum size of upto 12 mm with mantoux test result at 14 mm and fever of about 99.2 - 99.4 since 31st august with normal temperature being reached as well during the day. Her quantiferon gold test was negative. Her chest xray is normal. Please suggest the treatment. She does not have any abdominal pain or fatigue or joint pains. No other symptoms except low grade fever.
