This query is for an ayurvedic specialist only. I take abhayarishta 4 tea spoons after lunch and dinner for my piles and constipation. There is relief. Of late (since a week), I am put on amritarishta for cold, cough and fever. Relief is on the way. I take 4 tea spoons of the above liquids after lunch and dinner. What I do is: I take amritarishta first and after a gap of 15 minutes, I take abhyarishta. Is what I am doing right? Kindly advice. There is a warning signal ie I am diabetic and will the two medications increase the sugar level? My case is a border line symptom and it is under control by glyciphage 500 mg 1-0-1. My diabetes is under control and the readings are as follows:- 1) fasting blood sugar ------- 103 mgs/dl 2) ppbs ------- 150 mgs/dl kindly advice.
