Hi doctors, I have had symptoms of uti, so I did my urine routine test and it showed 18-20 pus cells, after 2 days I went for urine culture report (first urine of the morning) as advised by Dr. And it says no aerobic pyogenic organism grown. Can it be possible? Please guide.
