I have been experiencing bloating and heaviness in the abdomen with gas formation. Which creates problems in deep breathing also feel constipated. One doctor recommended cremaffin plus and also suggested that I try gastrezz. Whose ingredients are calendula officinalis, anacyclus pyrethrum, cuminum cyminum, glycyrrhiza. Is this right advice. Glabra ,trachyspermum ammi ,mentha piperita, althaea.
