I am renal transplant patient. Transplant done 5 months back. creatinine1.2, hbac1 is 6.8 age 63 years height 5.7 weight 69 kg hb 14 electrolytes normal, no protein in urine after transplant on immunopressent drug. What precaution I have to take to avoid kidney rejection.
