Hi Doctor, I got white pimples type thing on my penis forehead and it feels very itchy all day. I got diabetes, my age is 23 I searched and found it can be candidal balanitis a fungal infection. I use lulifin at night and keep it overnight and the next day all that white stuffs disappears, then again in afternoon it came back. What should I do to permanently remove it?
