Hello lybrate-user, high wbc [ white blood cells } are fighter cells of body. And their number increases if there is any infection in body. You have mentioned medical condition of acne, wbc can grow in such conditions too, if your acne boils have any infection by nails or else. By controlling your infection ,wbc count reduce automatically.
