I am suffering from anorexia. Is there any diet plan which can help me regain nutrients while maintaining my weight. My metabolism has slowed down too.

Diet can certainly help. Try small nutrient dense foods during the day like Rotis with paneer bhurji, oats, chila with curd, milk shakes, dryfruits, milk desserts etc. Have light dinner like khichdi, Dalia, soups etc, Drink hot spicy soups if you can tolerate them. Drink plenty of liquids. Have vegetables and salads with meals. include fruits, Hot ginger pepper tea after meals is beneficial.
