I am 70. I have enlarged prostrate volume 34. 34 cc .post void residual urine is 54 cc .i have been taking urimax -d for the last 6 years.in 2013 size was 43 cc which is now reduced to 34. 34 cc. I have been facing the problem in urination in the night only. 1- frequent urination. 2- in the start of urination have to apply force and stream is also weak. During day time urination is normal. Problem exist in the night. Please suggest treatment.

Respected Sir As per the details, you seem to be having Grade I Benign Enlargement of the Prostate gland. You can continue the same medication. Please make sure you restrict fluids at bed time atleast 3 hours prior going to sleep. Also please do not consume any caffeinated drinks or tea after 6 pm in the evening. This will help in reducing the frequent visits to the washroom at nights. Hope this helps Thanks
