I am diabetic since 25 years. I maintain hba1c within 6.3 - 6.7. serum creatinine (scr) was 1.06 one year bak, recently I found it to be increased to 1.14. I repeated the test after 10 days and the same was 1.24. Does the increasing trend in scr indicate ckd/diabetic nephropathy? Urine protein is normal at macro and micro level. Sugar is controlled. No edema, bp normal. In this case, how to stop/slow down increasing trend of scr?
