Few days ago I had viral fever with 103 temperature. My mother called up one of my neighbor who is an ayurvedic doctor. He told my mother to visit a nearby medical store and call him again. My mother did the same and bought nimesulide tablets. After taking those tablets my fever was vanished within an hour. The next day I was felling very uncomfortable and exhausted and visited apollo hospital. I was advised to go for a blood test and then after the reports were ready I was being told that my liver had been affected by the tablets I took during viral fever. I am really looking for help and don't know what to do further. Shall I dodge an fir or take medicines.

These symptoms may belongs to typhoid and an early treatment may help to avoid further medication. Typhoid fever is an acute illness associated with fever caused by the salmonella enterica serotype typhi bacteria after your symptoms have passed, you should have another stool test to check whether there are still salmonella typhi bacteria in your poo. If there are, you may have become a carrier of the typhoid infection. You may need to have a further 28-day course of antibiotics to "flush out" the bacteria.
