I'm suffering from external hemorrhoids, in order to prevent pain during bowl movement i'm taking dulcolax 5 mg tablets daily from last two years and whenever i'll feel pain i'm consuming pelium 100 mg and styptovit e 500 mg till pain get reduces. Please guide me whether I should go with dulcolax or should stop it immediately. Or any alternative? And how should I get rid of hemorrhoids through diet permanently. Thank you.

External haemorrhoid cause pain if thrombosed. You maybe having fissures where there is prolonged pain.
