I am kumar, I am suffering from piles and I have a pus boils around anal and I have recently consulted gastroenterologist and he done incision and drainage for pus boils and he given a diet for the piles but I have a deadly pain at my bowel moment and every day pus is discharging at anal and I am confused with that problem whether it is piles or fissures or fistula so, I want a diagnosis clinic for piles and here my main problem is before 8 months I have done bariatric surgery so can I use homeopathic medicine for this problem.
