Hey there I went the the er last week experiencing abdominal pain on my lower right side as well as very minor swelling in the area that is painful. I would say a good 7-8.5/10 on the pain scale. As well as nausea and fatigue and an ultra sound was done and they looked at my appendix and my ovaries and there was nothing and my blood work came clean and so did my urine sample so they sent me home and said come back in 24-48 hours if its not gone and we will give you a ct scan and told me to take ibuprofen and tylenol. A week later I have not gone back and im still experiencing pain and swelling should a go back or will it resolve on its own? My family has a bad history with ibs and colitis and many bowel problems.
