Sir, I have a high uric acid problem since last few months, it's above 8.0 & I am taking febutaz 40 tablet on daily basis since last 03 month, have consult with hematologist doctor regarding issue & make few test related to leaver, kidney all found normal as per him my problem is genetically as my father also suffered from this problem in past years 2-3 times. I am pure vegetarian and non alcoholic. Sir, request you to suggest in this matter.

You should do-- watch your weight. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid alcoholelevate your affected foot if you smoke, then stop it. Add more fiber to your diet. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which provide complex carbohydrates.
