I am 3 months pregnant, I was on regular medication of sugest 200 mg twice with vitamin syrup n folic acid tablets, prior to 2 days I started bleeding n clot was going, gynaecologist suggested me gonadotropin weekly once, already taken ,no bleeding is there, but vaginal discharge with tiny black clots m observing, max 5 to 10 drops post the injection, is it normal or to be concerned please suggest.
