I am 44 years old and very actively do cardiovascular and swimming regularly. All of a sudden there was pain in my left knee. I didn't fall down or got any jerk. However I felt as if it is a nerve problem. I got my x ray done for knees and it was normal. I also met orthopedic Dr. He gave medicines neugaba m 75, chymoral forte, durapain, nuxocia specifically. I have taken this medicines for 20 days. I also keep hot water bag for 20 minutes. But moment I stop pain killer pain relapses. It shows improvement up to 80%. But pain is not completely cured. Please guide and advise.
