Hi Doctor, I am feeling sharp pin pain on the right side of the head for 4 months. But now it is happening at one point (top of head) only. I feel heaviness in-ear sometimes along with this pain. This pain last for few second. It happens multiple times a day. I had my plain MRI two month again and all clear. Neurologist suggest sensival 25 for 4 week. It gave relief for few week but again pain started. I do not have other symptoms i.e. Vomiting, fever or nausea. I have few questions. 1. Can something serious happened in two month after my MRI process. 2. Do I need again MRI? 3. If vomiting or nausea starts in future along with this issue, will it be sign 9f serious disease? It is affecting my life and getting irritating. Please guide on my question.
