For weight loss you have to follow balanced diet which comprise of all the essential nutrients (carbohydrates , protein , vitamins , minerals , fat) also there is some tips for weight loss - dont do overeating drink atleast 12-15 glass of water per day . Take small and frequent meals (i.E eat something after every 2-3 hour ) try not to take salt after 7pm in evening try to take fruits every day
