Hi I am 49 yrs. Male .i am suffering from anxiety disorders. Due to which I have negative over thinking. Palpitations, muscles pain ,chest pressure, stomach cramps, even diagnosed with high bp, headache. My physician has suggested tab stamlo t for bp and anxipan for anxiety. But I am getting side effects like heavy headache, muscle pain and vertigo. Can you suggest a proper medication for same. Due to over worried and fear I think I would get heart attack .and even I get pain in left chin. Thanks.
