Stop smoking if you smoke as that is the major reason for stains coming back. Secondly. Don't use mouthwash frequently as they may sometimes imbibe stain. Thirdly check the water in the area. Flourosis may be another reason. Fourth point. If you are taking too much tea and coffee that may imbibe stain as well.
