2) Reduces the bad cholestrol (LDL)
3) Helps lower high blood pressure
Hello, raw garlic has to be taken in large amounts and empty stomach to get the benefits from it which is not practically possible so its better to avoid it. Regular exercise and good home cooked meals are enough to prevent heart stroke.
