Hi Doctor, I am suffering from severe spondylitis from 5 years and was taking medicine but now it's severe pain in my back, neck and the main thing is from past few days I am getting lumps on my neck n behind my ear. I am so much worried about that lump thing. It is increasing day by day. Can you please tell me why this lumps are forming?

Dear User, spondylitis in such a young age age is in unusual and need attention. I doubt there has to be associated systematic conditions like ankylosing spondylosis or ra or any other progressive inflammatory disease which has to be diagnosed. I suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic and get required test done (if not consulted yet, if all test done than please mention in your complaint) and start with treatment accordingly. Also your lump might be associated with that condition only. Being physiotherapist let me tell you that physiotherapy can help you to maintain your range of motion for back and neck.
