Hello sir, it is good and necessary to include protein in your diet and after the gym. But make sure to have a good quality iso protein from a reputed brand and authentic sellers as there are many fake products available in the market which harms you mire than giving any benefits. Or else try to opt for protein-rich natural sources in your diet itself.
