I'm 24 and i've never had a vaginal infection before in my life. After taking acutret 30 mg (morning and night) for 5 weeks I have developed a vaginal infection (white watery discharge with no itching) that won't go away even after taking medication for 2 weeks. Should I discontinue acutret? Please tell me how to cure this.

Acutret 30 is used in treatment of acne. It can not be a cause of vaginal infection. 1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day 3.Wear cotton under garments 4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids. 5.Keep the area dry for more details you can consult me.
