Dear lybrate-user sir these kind of problems are really common these days. Yoga and meditation will really help you in boosting your memory and increasing the concentration. This dizziness and lack of concentration will improve after doing yoga and mediation. Avoid waking up late in the night. Stay away from any gadget or phone at least 1 hour before sleeping, as any engagement with mobile phones does not let us sleep early. Have food at least 2 hours before bed. Have warm milk before going to bed as it helps in sound and peaceful sleep. Yoga and exercises will definitely help you a lot. For further details, consult me.
