Certain surgical procedures involving prostate and bladder neck can cause ejaculatory disturbances. The most common outcome is retrograde ejaculation, wherein the semen is diverted into the urinary bladder. This can be diagnosed by testing the first sample of urine that comes out after the intercourse and orgasm. The urine should show spermatozoa (if you previously had good count). If this were your case, the infertility specialists employ different methods to retrieve healthy sample of spermatozoa from the post orgasmic urine. They may also advise you to drink alkylating drinks before intercourse so that the spermatozoa do not die inside the bladder. Then they will spermatozoa from the urine, wash it several times and employ them in helping your wife conceive. Please visit an infertility center.
