What is the proper way to brush. How to select toothpaste as well as brush. I have mild yellow strains on both jaws (upper and lower) front teeth became yellow. How to get rid of this. Im using normal himalaya whitening toothpaste. I brush the teeth two times per day morning and night. I use non alcoholic mouthwash occasionally. Suggest me some tips or mediation to get rid of this yellow teeth and how to turn it to white. Also help me out choosing good mouthwash and toothpaste. Thanks.
