Hello doctor, I am 36 years old weigh 46 kgs, quite slim and my bp is always 120/80. In the month of jan my house maid complaint of severe lest hand chest pain. So she went to gangaram hospital and she was detected with extreme blockages. She went for a bypass surgery and her age is 42. Now the other side of the story is. When I came to know about this. Few days later I started feeling left hand and lil chest pain. I live in delhi. All alone. I got scared coz all of a sudden my heat started to palpitate with the arm pain. Next to next day I went to the cardiologist. He examined me and my bp was 130/80. I was already scared coz I think I got a heart attack. He did my ecg. It showed 100bpm. He did a scan of my heart stating there is nothing but anxiety. Now after two three days I was out with my friends and let me tell you I was not able to sleep past that night and I didn't eat any food and went out with my friends in empty stomach. All of a sudden I said my friends my head is spinning and I am about to faint. I fainted and I was running short of breath. After 2 mins I came to my sense but I could sense and feel everything in that two mens period. I became so weak. I went home ate something and puked. I slept through out. Since that day onwards I have become very scared. I run my thyroid tests and cbc and other blood tests. All were normal. I was having recurring episodes of chest pain more like my bones on chest are hurting and also jaw pain. Google said I had a heart attack. I am having heart attack every day. I went to the cardiologist again after one month my ecg was 80bpm and again my echo was normal. Bp was 120/80. I am not diabetic. Have done my diabetes tests too. I very scared. I run short of breath. I resigned from my job. I used to be a wonderful performer in british airways corporate office, gurgaon. I stay alone. I keep on getting palpitations. I am very scared. Pls pls help me. I don't know what's going on. Regards ishani.

Hello, thanks for your query on Lybrate "as" per your clinical history is concerned you have already visited your doctor cardiologist and done tests ECG &echo and there is no abnormal findings detected so far and your all vital signs are normal so in my opinion I may say that you have no heart-related issues at all, so if still any doubt comes then you can send your angiogram report. You can discuss with your treating doctor about alarm forte tab once a day at bedtime. Hope that helps.
