I have suffering back pain last 1 week and I want reduce my tummy without any diet plan bcz I am very foody I like cheese butter and some out side food.

hi sir, first strengthen your back muscles with spinal exercises to reduce the back pain. for your tummy reduction: take lemon and honey with Luke warm water at empty stomach in the morning, or take a bowl of horse gram soup daily once in your diet, and do daily tummy exercises.
