I am twenty year old. During exams time after completing all preparation still my mind has a negative feelings related to the exam and as a result my mind will get disturbed and everything will get vanished from mind. I request you to suggest some tips as soon as possible. If I doesn't done well in exam my brain will get disturbed and I will start smoking to release some stress.

Dear , your problem is performance anxiety. You should overcome your anxiety. Once you are sure that you have studied well, then there should not be any doubt about it and any anxiety. If you have studied, you will be able to score well. Be positive. You may see a psychologist for counseling. Alternatively you may opt for motivation therapy. Take care.
